Trampom team from Portugal was looking to connect service professionals with customers. The service professionals will share quotations based on customers’ requirements. Service professionals have to purchase some credits to share the quote on any request. The customer, on the other hand, can join without paying anything.

Objectives and Challenges –

1. Connect service providers and customers.
2. Quotations can be shared based on the needs of the customers.
3. Dynamically managed forms generate requests to answer questions based on the category chosen.

Our Analysis of Situation –

Trampom is a marketplace to connect service professionals and customers. The project was envisioned to be a common platform to list requirements and get required service, which is accessible, ubiquitous and of preferred quality. Reviews is one way of ensuring that services rendered are of high standard and quality. Through reviews, this platform can also gauge customer expectations and satisfaction.

Our Solution and Approach –

Trampom helped develop a marketplace accessible to various customer segments. This will be a platform to make revenues from services rendered by various service professionals.
