Project Manager Job - Required Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with solid problem solving attitude
  • Pleasing personality with high regards for organizational growth
  • At par logical reasoning and analyzing power as well as aptitude
  • Experience in PHP, MySQL (LAMP), open source technologies is required
  • Exposure to Joomla, Magento, WordPress and other frameworks, MVC based coding structure, Smarty Templates, class/object oriented methodologies a welcome advantage
  • Should be self motivated, confident with pleasing personality and must be able to handle a team of 5-15 individuals

Project Manager Job - Responsibilities:

  • Manage teams and projects with diversed requirements
  • Coordinate and lead teams effectively - coordinate with development team members, clients and team leads
  • Coordinator with other departments such as QA/testing, design, business, product as and when required
  • Requirement analysis
  • Monitor and evaluate timeline checklists for projects
  • Evaluate risk analysis from all aspects
  • Ensure a smooth, successful delivery for projects while maintaining optimum quality standards
  • Adapt company's quality processes and ensure every team member follows it
  • Practise total quality management (TQM) on regular basis
  • Regular communication with clients that you handle

Educational Qualifications: BE (IT/CS/CE), MBA (IT), MCA or MSc IT (English Convent education throughout preferred).

Experience:

  • At least 1 year of programming experience in PHP, Open Source and/or Microsoft .NET based projects is mandatory.
  • Equivalent experience in managing programming teams of minimum 3 resources as a Team Leader an added advantage.
  • Industry experience of Project Coordination/Management in relevant IT department a definite preference.
